We recommend requesting deep cleaning services once or twice a year to ensure your home is as clean as possible.

Deep cleaning is when our house cleaners scrub your house from top to bottom. We leave nothing undone. This level of cleaning is required to maintain a clean, healthy environment for your family.

A standard-size home takes about three hours to clean. Your home may take more or less depending on its size and which services you request.

Our house cleaners arrive equipped to complete the work with cleaning products to ensure the best results. You don’t have to supply anything.

We have extensive house cleaning services, including apartment cleaning, recurring maid services, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, disinfection, carpet cleaning, and office cleaning.

We take cash and all major credit cards. We do, however, ask all customers to keep a credit card on file regardless of the form of payment used for the cleaning service. Cash payments are due before the service is rendered. Credit cards are charged right after your cleaning is complete.

We’re not happy until you’re happy. If we missed anything just give us a call and we’ll make arrangements to come back and re-clean any missed areas. You can rest assured, we will do whatever needs to be done to resolve any issues or concerns you might have.

Instant Cleans uses a “Teams Model” to best accommodate your project we will send a 3-4 person team.
